In some network-controlled environments, the language may be forced by the license server settings. If you cannot change the language using the methods above, contact your ZWCAD network administrator, as the default language may be locked on the server side.
If your menus look strange after a language change, type MENULOAD in the command line to reset or reload the .cuix customization files for the new language.
