In previous versions of Lovely Craft, piston traps were often clunky, loud, and required massive underground rooms to function. The Halloween Update changed the game by introducing the block and tweaking piston physics to allow for "slime block propulsion" without the need for sticky pistons.
Don't use stone. Use the new and Webbed Glass . Mobs in the Halloween update have a "Fear AI." If they see a standard iron trapdoor, they avoid it. If they see a festive pumpkin lantern or a cobweb, they walk right into the piston pusher.
Craft a door and sell it to unlock the skeleton character and ritual background.
The best part of this update is the visual flair. When the trap triggers, it emits a burst of orange and purple particles
If I have to complain, the new "Candy Corn Glider" has a durability issue—it breaks after about 50 uses. But honestly, with how easy it is to craft using the new sugar farm, it’s a minor inconvenience.
