Place the downloaded file in the root directory of your USB drive (do not put it inside a folder).

Use your remote to go to the Main Menu and select System Settings or System Upgrade . Place the downloaded file in the root directory

Note: Only restore a database if the update was a revision (e.g., v1.2 to v1.3). Jumping from v1.0 to v2.0 requires a fresh scan. Jetron H265 Plus

Turn your Jetron box over. Look for the model number (e.g., Jetron J902, Jetron H265 Plus, Jetron S2). Downloading the wrong firmware will brick the device.
