I’ve been working with the Zenox ZPC-EP1 and wanted to share a condensed manual / reference post since the original documentation can be hard to find or is a bit sparse. If you own this unit, feel free to add your own tips below.

| Error Code | Meaning | Solution (Reset Procedure) | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | | Overheating. The motors have been used for more than 2 minutes continuously (the duty cycle limit). | Unplug the desk for 15-20 minutes. Let the motors cool down. This is normal during first setup. | | E02 | Sensor failure or Overload. The desk is lifting more than 120kg OR the legs are obstructed. | Remove heavy items (books, computers). Check for cables caught in the leg joints. Perform a factory reset (see below). | | E03 | Power supply low. Input voltage is unstable or too low. | Unplug the desk. Plug it directly into a wall outlet (not a power strip/surge protector with other high-draw devices). | | E04 / E05 | Motor disconnected. One motor is not communicating. | Check the M1/M2 cables. Unplug and firmly reseat them into the control box. | | RST | The desk has lost its upper/lower limit positions. | You must perform a Reset Calibration immediately. | | HST | Hall Sensor Trip (Motor timing error). | Reset required. |

Connect the green/yellow ground wire if applicable. Plug the AC adapter into the control box, then into the wall outlet.
