A young, impoverished man (played by George Babluani) drifts through a bleak, post-Soviet Tbilisi. Desperate for money, he agrees to participate in a mysterious, well-paid "game." He is taken to a remote, dilapidated estate where he discovers that the game is a brutal form of Russian roulette involving 13 participants, each armed with a revolver containing one bullet. The last survivor wins a fortune.
