Vx Manager 1.6.2 ((better))

While 1.6.2 is stable, VXDIAG has released newer versions (1.7+). If you are doing a fresh install, it is generally better to grab the absolute latest version from the official VXDIAG website, as it will have the best compatibility with Windows 10 and 11. However, if you are currently running 1.6.2 without issues, there is no urgent need to change it.
